"Heyou represents my dreams, hopes and aspirations. It is my biggest project since my retirement. I know that a hospital cannot be fully built in a single day. It requires cooperation and support from many parties. It needs unwavering patience and hard work. It is meaningful work and I will plow on. I would like the fruits of my efforts to be my gift back to the community and my hometown.
