Supervised 36 master's and doctoral graduates; published 13 SCI-indexed papers as first or corresponding author, with the highest impact factor of 11.492; authored 22 articles in Chinese medical journals. Led 8 provincial and municipal research projects; received the Third Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Award in 2008 (first contributor). Participated as principal investigator in 10 international multicenter clinical trials.
Contributed to the development of the “Guidelines for Urinary Management and Clinical Rehabilitation of Spinal Cord Injury Patients,” “Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Overactive Bladder,” “Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia,” and “Chinese Expert Consensus on Botulinum Toxin Treatment for Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction.” Serves as Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Urology and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese Journal of Functional Urology. Clinical publications have been cited annually since 2016 in the surgical section of the European Association of Urology Guidelines on Prostatic Hyperplasia.
Honors Received
Trained under renowned Chinese urology pioneers Professor Xiong Xulin and Academician Guo Yinglu, he was selected as one of six members for the inaugural “Talent Development Program” by the Chinese Urological Association and subsequently sent to study in the United States, South Korea, and Taiwan.
Training Expert for the CUA-BUI (Chinese Urological Association-Bristol Urology Institute) Standardized Urodynamics Training Program; Recipient of the 2020 Chinese Medical Association “Dayu Cup” (China's highest award in urinary control); Recipient of the Macau Urological Association Contribution Award.
