Introduction:
Director Quan Xianyue previously served as Director of the Department of Diagnostic Imaging at a university-affiliated public tertiary hospital and as its academic leader. He has held significant social positions including Vice Chair of the Radiology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, Vice Chair of the Third and Fourth Sessions of the Radiology Physicians Branch of the Guangdong Medical Practitioners Association, and Chair of the Radiology Specialized Committee of the Guangdong Pharmaceutical Quality Management Association.
Area Of Expertise:
Specializes in X-ray, CT, and MRI diagnostics, excelling in resolving complex imaging diagnoses and differential diagnoses for various challenging pathologies. Particularly proficient in abdominal imaging diagnostics (liver, gallbladder, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and prostate lesions). Dedicated to research in liver tumor and liver fibrosis imaging-pathology correlation, functional imaging, abdominal CT digital medical imaging, and artificial intelligence.
Academic Achievements:
Director Quan Xianyue has undertaken and participated in over 20 national and provincial-level research grants and international collaborative projects. He has led one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) General Program project, two sub-projects under the National High-Tech Research and Development Program (863 Program), and eight provincial-level research projects. He has published more than 150 professional papers in academic journals at various levels, including over 30 papers indexed in SCI. He has contributed to the compilation of six monographs (serving as chief editor for one and co-editor for four). His accolades include two First Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress from Guangdong Province, as well as three Second Prizes for Scientific and Technological Progress from both the military and Guangdong Province.
